  1. Seven Sided Strike - Sudden Assault can TP you out of the map and cause you to be stuck.
  2. A boss named Manglemaw should spawn at the entrance of Chancellor's Tomb (Act 1) but doesn't.
  3. Mystic Ally - Can spawn infinite allies, should only be able to spawn 1.
  4. Most chests only spawn gold and no items.
  5. The animation when you find cain in Leorics Passage doesn't play.
  6. No way to passively generate Spirit on Monk.
  7. Shielding monster affix doesn't protect the monsters.
  8. Waller affix is spammed too often, spamming walls and causing you to be stuck.
  9. Monsters teleport behind the player even without teleporter affix. (server issue?)
  10. Vortex affix sometimes animates way too quickly teleporting the player many times per second which can be incredibly nausiating.
  11. Equipping and unequiping an item can sometimes cause the level requirement to change and you're not able to equip the item anymore.
  12. Some items get stuck in inventory that cannot be salvaged or dropped. (relogging fixes this)
  13. Monsters are able to spawn outside of map boundaries, they are able to attack the player but cannot be attacked or targetted.
  14. Jailer affix does not lock the player in place, but instead causes the player to not be able to move after the current movement animation finishes.
  15. You are able to equip a gem as if it is a piece of armor.
  16. Stat difference calculation is calculated incorrectly when comparing two items.
  17. Animation before encountering Jondar does not play, the stairs are cleared immediately.
  18. Crypt of the Skeleton King bridge should be broken but isn't. (visual bug)
  19. There is an invisible resplendant chest which spawns nothing in the Crypt of the Skeleton King before you encounter the Skeleton King.
  20. Skeleton King boss encounter animation does not play, the boss is just immediately ready to fight.
  21. Leah / Deckard Cain in Act 1 sometimes duplicate and spin in a circle. This happens with other AIs too.
  22. Gems do not appear to have any effect.
  23. Warriors Rest and Crypt of the ancients do not have any monsters yet are one of the highest density areas on retail.
  24. All hidden areas / NPCs are spawning even if the requirements aren't met. (Cow for Whimyshire and Rodger the Alchemist for example)
  25. Caverns of Araneae spawn way too many elites sometimes.
  26. Side areas & Cave entrances spawn multiple times per map which is incredibly confusing. (Cave of the moon clan for example)
  27. Sometimes elite monsters are missing name information.
  28. Magda animation in Leorics Manor is missing.
  29. Blazing Swordweilder elite stats are incorrect. Either deal way too much damage or have way too much HP compared to other mobs (or bosses!)
  30. Breath of Heaven fully heals you when it shouldn't. It heals way more than any potions.
  31. Animations for chopping blades in Halls of Agony level 3 sometimes quickly repeats & glitches.
  32. The floor in the Butcher boss fight is movable with knockback skills.
  33. Sometimes quests just bug out for no reason, forcing you to relog and when you log back in you lose checkpoints you previously found.
  34. You do not need to save the prisoners in Alcarnus, you can skip straight to the Mahgda boss encounter.
  35. Sewers of Caldeum have steep raises in ground geometry.
  36. Waypoint in Ruined Cistern is not functional.
  37. Ruined Cistern has the same bug as Sewers of Caldeum, you are able to see through the map. (https://i.imgur.com/qpFwpDg.jpg)
  38. The Sewers of Caldeum bug also happens in the Western Channel.
  39. Level requirement on some items is incorrect.
  40. Betrayed elite monster in Ruined Cistern has way too much HP compared to other mobs.

  42. Bridges in Archives of Zultan Kulle are invisible. (visual bug)
  43. Items randomly corrupting in Stash (https://i.imgur.com/R9ydKLq.jpg)

  45. There are NPCs in the Keep Depths that shouldn't be there. (https://i.imgur.com/mJxYd4w.jpg)
  46. Fields of Slaughter mission (destroy trebuchets) doesn't register correctly when you destroy them. It seems to bug out and skip to find find Rakkis Crossing.
  47. Edge of the Abyss gates do not break open when fighting the Seigebreaker boss and it seems that you can't go through them when you're meant to.
  48. Seize of the initiative passive does not work.
  49. The heart of sin (Azmodan boss encounter) doesn't load sometimes... at all (https://i.imgur.com/Z7EOO2o.jpg)
  50. Well of blessings and other shrines do not apply any buffs.
  51. Kill Rakanoth room does not load at all sometimes (https://i.imgur.com/70rxybK.png)
