The Doctors eyes fluttered open.. he glanced to the left and right.. seeing the familiar deep red grass, the far off mountains capped with snow, and the shining dome of the citadel.
he looked up and smiled at the twin suns hanging in the bright orange sky.

he stood up and started walking towards the citadel, a echo was heard all around him
"Our lives are important — at least to us — and as we see, so we learn... Our destiny is in the stars, so let's go and search for it." said a ghost appearing to his side.

"The Time Lords are an immensely civilised race. We can control our own environment - we can live forever, barring accidents and we have the secret of space/time travel." appeared another

"Courage isn't just a matter of not being frightened, you know. It's being afraid and doing what you have to do anyway." and another.

the eleven ghosts walked up to the doors of the citadel, and the Doctor looked at his past selves, he was a changed man.. changed in many ways, even when he traveled to the planet with backwards time and returned to his tenth regenerations face he was changed by his eleventh self.

he smiled, nodded, turned around and stepped into the doors of the citadel
"Hello sweetie."said a voice

Celestia landed outside the gate of the bureau, a smile playing on her lips, she walked inside and over to Shining "how goes the cleanup?"
"we have rounded up most of the HLF members that were on the side of the attack, and those who are injured are being treated over there." he nodded to the makeshift "hospital" set up in the lounge and daycare areas.
"very good. and they had a new clear device with them if i remember what The Doctor said" Celestia looks at Victorious
"yeah, we think it may have been pushed into the conversion room, although none of us have the capability to withstand nucular radiation.. so we cant check."
"i will go in, in the meantime try to gather the ambasadors.. and find The Doctor for me"

the room was empty, all but save a few moniters that timelords of old could watch the very fabric of space and time.
the doctor walked up to the single golden throne where rassalon the great once sat. he bowed before it and then planted his tail on the red seat cushion.
"mymymy... here we are again.. the last of the timelords mulling about the past." said the voice.
"well you are no celestia, nor luna.. and i have met cadance and nyx. none of them have your.. masculine voice. so who are you?" the doctor said aloud, studying his hooves
"my dear doctor, we have met, and we shall meet again. we have been friends and enemys and friends once more. you have been my adversary and my champion on countless occasions.. it seemed only fitting that i am the one to greet you into this chaotic new world of ponies."
The doctor laughed "well i still have no idea who you are. but if we have been friends then perhaps i need to say hello again"
if the doctor had been looking he would have seen a shadow creep up the wall behind the throne where the doctor was sitting
the shadow snapped its paw and a tray appeared before The doctor
"Drink up Doctor, join the world of ponies. and i shall converse with you later.. we have much to discuss. "

The Doctors eyes fluttered open and he moaned, soon standing up on his four legs "grapes.. add that to flavors i now dislike.."
he trotted over to where the mirror is and looked over his face "huh, brown hair, tan coat.. wait wings? i shouldent have wings i sh-" the Doctor was silenced as his "reflection" tapped the newfoal on the nose
"These are my wings" the 'reflection' said "come on, the Princess needs you, i however need to go mess with time a bit to keep the time loop closed." Doctor whooves said as he started walking towards a waiting TARDIS, grabbing the discarded coat and sliding it on.
The newfoal doctor turned to his Idris "so where is he going"
Idris smiled "first he needs to swing by the park, talk to a blinded Lindie, then dash forward a few days to the beginning of the arrival of the HLF, knock out a few Secret PER members, slide into the future one last time before dropping the vials off here to save terrance and yourself."
"idris.. that was retorical, why did you tell me?" The Doctor said
"because, you wont remember by the time you leave." she smiled and trotted out the door
"and how do you know that?" The doctor followed
"PULL TO OPEN!" she called back

hours later celestia was back in canterlot, on the banister overlooking the grand secret chamber of the biography of the world.
her journal was solid slabs of white marble and placed on the left side of the room, her sisters dark obsidian was on the right. a new stack of "pages" were delivered daily to write on and place only with the power of celestias magic.
she exhaled and closed her eyes. opening them once her spell was complete.
when she opened her eyes her horn flaired up to a intense white heat.
"celestias journal, day (expunged)" she started to speak outloud.
her horn flashed, carving the coded words into the hard stone.
"today was a... interesting day. a meeting of new foals, newfoals, and even a meeting of new selves.
the attack on the conversion bureau in st george was a small one, small compaired to some of the other attacks, but good in the fact that not a life was lost.
there were wounded, and accidental ponified. but life was not lost.
most of the non converted humans have been relocated to the nearest bureau, the las vegas strip in the old luxor pyramid.
those who have been transformed have been shipped by airplane to the coast, and within the hour they should be arriving in equestria.
Victorious shield has become my personal security detail in the world of man, at least untill it has vanished.. i fear my calculations may be off.. i dont know if i can hold it for the full seven years... but i will try.
grace and the twins have a permanant residence in new york city, near a newfoal pub called "the big horseapple" seeing that made me chuckle.
Silver and rainbow spring has returned to equestria, currently living in manehattan till rainbow spring gets a job at the school in tacksworn where silver will be inrolled in a daycare with other cubs,chicks, foals, and hatchlings.
Redglare (once known as Galinda) and Ranma (terrance) have both set up in a small flat just inside appleoosa. redglare fixes the more technical parts of the western town, while ranma is a showpony.. and a exelent marksmare on the same level as whinnie oakly. a pie on the bullseye at twenty paces.
jane has just been converted into a pony, she ended up a pegasai. for some reason the same colorscheme as applejack. perhaps another dual universal equal? i will ask her to control the weather over near ponyville for now. just to see how it fits.

luna is estatic about her two new guards. she says they are the greatest thing since sliced bread and she "ships" them... i should not have gotten her a computer or a trottr account.

as for the Doctor.. he seems to have vanished again.. as is his nature. i possibly will have to wait another eon or so before asking him to do something for me again. but for now i shall let the man without a home wander into the pony with a place.

she closed her eyes again and the beam shut down.
she opened her eyes and slid the huge steel cover off of the wall and set it down on the infinitely deep stack of marble.
