- Description: Houston (a serial sex offender in a “troubled youth” home) asked Raechale (a worker there) for a ride. Upon arriving at their destination, Houston pulled a knife on Raechale & marched her inside an empty house, where he raped her, then slit her throat, attempting to rip out her trachea to stop her screaming.
