different dream

starts with something at a high school and something bad happened, I don't remember anything beyond that

playing monster hunter 4
find a strange quest: "kill 2 chickens"
accept, move out
base camp is atop a single tall stone pillar (natural, not manmade)
far below is a featureless grass plain
the tent, storage box, and delivery box are all there, as usual
my first thought is "I'm going to have to fight some huge elder dragon or something to get to the chickens"
no map in supplies
move to next area, and suddenly SSBB Final Destination
stretched out to be square, and bigger than normal, but still FD
there are just 2 chickens, nothing else
I'm using some kind of land mine to attack them
I actually run out of time and fail because I try to slay them normally to get carves, which doesn't work
second attempt, I force them over to the edge, grab them, and throw them off
quest ends, I get back and for some reason everything is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon now
I'm an Eevee
the shopkeeper is a Meowth, but his sprite's animations start speeding way up, then glitching out
turns into right side Eevee/left side Meowth, then just Eevee
eyes start flickering into one cyclops eye
from there, the sprite just goes all to hell, glitching into mirrored sprites, turning in random directions, and generally spazzing out
talk to him and he freaks out, acting like I'm not supposed to be there
some characters act normally, but others are surprised
go to get food and am offered a weird dish choice, which I choose; one of the ingredients involved was something like "dirt flowers"
some kind of pasta/salad
makes the dish, then says "come back tomorrow to eat it"
