Why would you like to be staff?:
I feel as the server is getting bigger and bigger with YouTubers like JackSucksAtLife and JeromeASF advertising the new season of the prison, the server needs more staff. Especially those that know the server features and it's community pretty well. I've been playing on the server since October 2019 and gotten to know a lot of it's players and become good friends with some of them (RedactedVendetta and XNathan for example.)

I also try to help out members of the community in anyway I can, even going as far out as buying autosell and ranks for players, and I would like to extend that helping out by becoming a staff member. By helping new players and even old veterans with the new features of each season of prison, it gives me a sense of purpose for being on the server.

Why should you be chosen over others?
While some people have experience with being members on staff on other servers, there can be a sense of power and ego that comes with them. As someone who's never actually been a member of staff on any notable server (aside from my own with some friends) I feel the experience will be a good learning experience for me. The more experience I have with being a staff member, the better I think I will be. I also think that since a lot of community knows who I am, I would bring a feeling of familiarity with being a staff member.

How often are you online per week?
I try to come onto the server as much as I can, which is usually between 4pm-10pm GMT most days.

What previous experience do you have with server moderation? If none, leave blank.

Do you have any previous punishments on any server/s?
I have been banned once on this server for unfortunately using an autoclicker on skyblock which I fully admit to. I have also been muted a couple of times, mostly for filter evading. (I tend to swear a lot, being Irish. When I come on the server I try to tone it down a lot.)

How interactive are you with the community?
I am online mostly everyday and chat to members every often, asking being about their days, making jokes  or if they need help with anything. I also hop on the OPBlocks discord sometimes too.

Are you able to record in viewable quality?
I use Nvidia Geforce Experience to record my gameplay, which tends to be a bit higher than 1080p 60FPS.

I have not made any previous applications to OPBlocks.

Anything Else?
Even if my application is denied, I would still try to engage with the community as much as possible and help out players with any way I can. The server is growing bigger each and every day, and even if you aren't a member of staff you, as a player, should help out in any way you can to help the server grow.

Scenarios
You notice the server is encountering major issues / is offline. What do you do?
If the server was encountering major issues I would try to message Saito on discord straight away and alert the community and chat ingame (If the server isn't down) that there is something going on and that we are looking into it and to ask players if they are ingame to not do anything that could get rolled back (e.g building or PVPing.)

You are arguing with a player who starts attacking you. What do you do?
If a player was arguing with me, I would friendly ask them what the issue was in a calm manner. I would then try to resolve the issue as calmly as possible without disturbing the other player's experience (e.g ask them to dm me either ingame or on discord). If the player was still being disruptive with his messages. I would ask them nicely to stop and that they will be muted if they continue. If they continue, I would temporary mute them.

You catch a friend breaking the rules. How would you approach this situation?
Everyone is equal in my eyes. The last thing you want from the community is players accusing you of favoritism and that if you are friends with me, you can get away with anything on the server. That is simply not the case. For example, if one of my friends was filter evading, I would ask them to stop. If they continue, I have to mute them.

If a rule has been broken but is not fully explained, what will you do?
I would try to explain to the player who broke a rule what they did to break it and what the rule was. If the player was new or never usually breaks the rules, I would let them off with a warning and explain to them to try not to do it again. I feel like character spam is the rule that is broken the most, so I would tell players not to spam the chat, for example.
