This is an attempt to accurately portray the studio version. I've also seen two live versions where the guitarists change quite a few things up (probably to make it more playable on a single guitar without overdubs).

It's hard to tell exactly what's going on there. A few ways to play this, here's the easiest. This also what the guitarist above plays live:

My favorite is to do the same, but with the 12th fret G instead of open G. This sounds more accurate to me, but that's probably because the original is mostly two guitar layered over each other.

This first part is very shakey. The upper melody is correct, and the guitar is obviously playing some stuff underneath it, but my best guess is that he's just playing this C Minor chord underneath (or, again, it could be a second guitar layered together, but it doesn't really sound like it here). Live, the guitarist just plays the high melody, so remove all the G and D string stuff and you'll have that.

This part is REALLY hard to hear (lots of reverb). It's playing from 0:42 to 1:05, but you can hear it most clearly at 1:00, the final repeat of the riff) If you're still having trouble hearing it, it's the same riff as 2:05 (first repetition). Live, the guitarist plays this an octave up.
