Hey Trump! $

Hey Trump, we are in need of more funds and Russia is in need of more Aircraft carriers. I know to troops it would sound odd selling the boat out from under them, but if we sell our older Aircraft carriers to Russia, they can take over more of the security contracts for the Middle East. They are closer, so it makes sense. I hear Russia only has one old Aircraft carrier that has only ever gone through trouble (sounds like my life). I sympathize with our Red Army comrades and would like to help them out. I think this deal is a fair deal in retrospect/grand scheme of things. We make some coin, Russia gets what they need, both nations benefit by sending more Migs to bomb Terrorist Bad guys into dust! Everybody is happy. We can use the funds to invest in our military, new modern carriers or new types of ships that are better than carriers. Thin out the fleet, buy some better gear. Let's get it done.
