personality: don't let his cute looks fool you. though he looks cute he also looks intimidating and rude which he sometimes is. he doesn't take shit from anyone and says what everyone else is thinking even if they don't want to hear it. he's good at throwing comebacks and has a sarcastic side to him. however he does have a warm side to him as he is protective of his close ones, will put them first and will listen to any of their problem. people usually think that because he smokes weed and drinks, which he only does when he's stressed, that he's some kind of dumbass but he's actually really smart as he finds a lot of clues (even though they're sometimes by accident) and can connect them really quickly and easily. he also has a sexy charisma too him so he can easily get what he wants or get himself out of situations if they include girls with his sexy charms and charismatic eyes. if that doesn't work he'll just say "fuck it."

background: minsoo was born in daegu, korea into a wealthy family. his family consisted of a older brother named yoojin, a mother named jinhee and a step father named jinyoung. when he was 8 his parents got a divorce and his dad left. though he was only 8 he knew what happened and was very sad. however, his mom allowed him to visit his dad whenever he wanted, maintaining a strong and healthy bond with his dad. one day when he was 14 years old his dad got into a car accident and died. minsoo was angry and depressed, everything just went down hill for him especially when he found out his mom was getting engaged with his now step father. he began doing poorly in school, all his B's getting replaced with F's. when he was 16 he began drinking and smoking weed which allowed him to relieve his stress. one of the other reason for his stress was him mom constantly comparing him to his older brother.
