- All four games are to be played, Choose your own Route, either Reimu or Marisa, which you keep for all four games, on Easy Difficulty. New Game+ is forbidden. You may either choose to carryover data from the previous games or simply use the default start. Transferring Sakuya route data to FMW2 is acceptable, but any steps taken to unlock it (completing Sakuya route and possibly the "other" protag route) will not be part of the draft itself.
- Undrafted characters may not be deployed at all. If, however, they are auto-deployed AND the Palanquin is NOT present, then you may use them for that stage ONLY. Additionally, when an undrafted character is REQUIRED for either finishing the stage or acquiring a WP Bonus, they may also be used for that stage ONLY. All forced characters are also free for stage 46. Any use of non-drafted characters outside these exceptions costs a 4-turn penalty.
- Acquiring the WP bonus of a stage is worth a -1 turn bonus. For Stage 44 only, acquiring the WP bonus is worth -2 turns instead.
- Lowest turncount wins. Please keep a note on your progress with turncount per stage and total turncount.
