FTB irc training by yours truly niel

1- Be polite do not yell or talk in caps

2- Do not ping ops or "popular people" ever unless someone needs to get banned/kicked

These are for launcher issues not in-game or server issues

FIrst question is

Mac or PC

If mac make sure they are using java 6----- http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1573?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

If PC make sure there JAVA 7 is up to date


Game issues
Have them go in the launcher and click "Force Update" in the options tab the run the game
if the game still is not working(crashing) have them take there world file out (if they have one) then move the FTB directory in the options tab to another folder
