you know... the crossover idea I am thinking made me when wonder how it will go?.

and most likely have new lore in it, so it can help me with this. the story idea I have is very "out there" since we don't have a S2 for mao mao.

so, the story idea I have... I when down into a f-king rabbit hole of him taking over a dead body of the one of the mao's clan.

do the fact there portal's and reality bending in the game, I imagine he found an Rifts he thought it was a Challenge Rifts so he can get loot from it. when he enter it, he realize that this not a Challenge Rift but the portal right behind closed, so he in an unknow world and try to understand it to not die a lot.

of course he got killed by a monster that got the drop on him at some time later, luckly he did found a dead body that he took over and walk around again... but the dead body he took over was from the mao mao clan.

the dead body is someone new and it will cost a lot of problem for him.

also since we don't know anything outside of pure heart valley, I feel like we can go nuts on the worldbuilding and have fun with it.

yeah, as I said before, we can go nuts on it. we can talk about who made the robots body parts or where the monster coming from or what kind of people living at what kind of places and how they will deal with monster.

Well I'm still weak on dead cell when we talked, so apologies on a bit ignorance etc. But curious which ancestor you were thinking of by chance?

We've had a couple glimpses of how the world might be outside the valley (ie: Mao's dad's phone call and that village) so could have a little play on that theme - where particular villages have their own customs and/or monsters which plague them. Chunk of the monsters kinda fit the typical fantasy/DnD/GURPS so can go with some base there I'm betting.

Really the ancestor and their magical weapon/gear is where it's at - dunno if the guy would instantly understand all the trinkets and items when he transfers into the body but if he doesn't then definitely can have the initial story or two about discovering the potential in said gear.

Just my 2c stating the obvious. Hope that barely helped

I got one and it has to do with this pic related, I imagine it was a samurai mao of the golden katana or maybe one of the OG founder of the golden hat.

the reason I think off of how he got that body that a corpse eating monster was digging up there grave, one of the mao family saw it, call for help. something happen (it could be more of them) and it got away from the mao family with the dead body.

that until it had a run in with the beheaded.

ok, I think i got one for worldbuilding. since the beheaded would be running around and have no idea what is going on, I imagine he have a run-in with a mining companies that is something from deep rock galactic.

going into caves, get iron, gold, and other stuff, and fighting off monster of course. I don't know if they will try to killed the beheaded or maybe one of them have a brain and realize that thing is killing the monster in here like them, so it must be a good person... right?.

what do you guys think of this? or you have your own ideas for this?.

Would the deep galactic be the ones in the MM universe because I thought the premise was the beheaded is the only one who was "transported" there.

Regardless if they didn't see the beheaded might wanna toy with the idea that they are scared of some "monster" killing other monsters. So much they might hire some mercs to find it or, dare I say, another... hero?

Ahh okay was thinking the same thing - surely a mining company equivalent would exist since there's so much minerals and sht like that.

That's quite the possibility, or a friend/ally of said former Mao family member the beheaded is possessing. A stage of, as you mention, them pondering why is ___ alive.

Groovy, I just wanted to make sure since the focus should be more on just the beheaded than others transporting into Mao's universe IMO, would detract from that massive shift etc etc.

thanks, I don't get why people add a fk-ton on crossovers into one thing. I feel like that would pull the story in different places and go nowhere.

I have this idea that robots are very cheap to make since so far in the show, we saw a lot of people with robot parts and I don't know how much they will cost. but it got to be low or something.

because of that, i had this idea that beheaded found this small town and want to check it out, when he set foot in that place. a big robots show up, saying "monster spot it." and try to killed him.

I don't know if he would try to take out the robot but I think he will run since if he die, there no other dead bodys near by to be possess.

side note: it made me think that getting an adventurer is not cheap, I mean.. think about it.

1. finding the right one to killed a monster

2. buying how much it will cost to get them to killed the monster and if the homes & other stuff would get destroy in the fight.

3. if a "hero" or a "adventurer" get killed, you have to pay the funeral and tell the family what happen.

and most likely other things but that all I can think off.

Adventuring isn't cheap nor is maintaining the gear or towns which reward the adventurers. Gold and loot ain't lying about for them heroes, waiting to be collected after defeating some monster. Like you said homes get destroyed, funerals/rituals have to be done, people paid to repair or provide stuff for you. Hell could have some villages/folks go "Thanks for helping! aww geez guess we have jack sht to pay you k thx bai~"

I am thinking a uniformed robots... but who made them?.

yeah, how will mao mao would be a "legendary hero" if he shows off 24/7 and get homes destroyed?... good thing he in pure heart valley now because I have a feeling that one of the folks in a different villages would try to kick his ass or something.
