Well, this certainly is a curious place, I must say. Though a lot of the underlying assumptions that are being made about things being in a certain state throws everything off. Oh, not enough power? Here, have a few arc reactors. People need bodies to incarnate because they're all data? Hell, I can whip up a factory to crank them out in a single afternoon, with whatever optional upgrades you want. Feeling the urge to be mysterious? Too bad, I'm spoiling everything anyways.

And so are the other thousand-and-one humans who are with me that are in human bodies rather than the silly artificial ones you use. Well, seemingly human, anyway.

"Magic. Like, actual magic that isn't tied to subtle alterations to the local laws of physics. Also thousands of years of highly refined technology, the raw belief that my companions have in me, yada yada yada..."
>"That sounds... well, I can't say that's insane, it clearly WORKS, but..."
"Yeah, I know. I'm not from around here by any stretch of the imagination. I'm still working on trying to integrate everything that I can do into Mímisbrunnr, but it's still a limited system at this point. Had to many too many compromises."
