First of all, the account was in my possession and only my possession for a good 2-3 months, and it got banned strictly for sharing, not because OG owner messaged and said someone hacked his account. The kid with the account still used the email for everything even after being finessed, so he clearly wouldn’t have been smart enough to get an account banned. Even if he did message them and say he got hacked, they wouldn’t completely ban the account, especially ban it for the reason of sharing.

Second, he has no proof of how long he had it and claimed to have only had it for 4 days, which is inaccurate,said he deleted messages which is the only way that we could see how long he had it for. Pretty sure it was 8 days and asked him if he had anyway to confirm that it was under that and he said “4 or 8 doesn’t matter”.

Third, the ban was for sharing which is nothing I can control or prevent, neither can the buyer. If it was for cheating or anything I could have done, of course I would take full responsibility, but since it was banned for sharing which is something that happens at random and has happened to multiple members onsite,  it is not my responsibility. Also, I have asked multiple higher ranked members onsite such as middlemen and staff and they said the same thing. It is known that selling accounts or sharing them is against Epic Games TOS, so when buying one there’s always a known risk that the buyer is taking, which has happened here and is neither of our faults and is if anything Epics.

Last, I have never promised a refund, after every time he asked I said “I’ll try”, never once did I say “i’ll refund you” or anything a long those lines. I did this for a reason, I was not sure if it was my responsibility and have been looking around and trying to see if it was. After he messaged me saying I have 3 days I just decided to ask staff and middle men and they said it wasn’t my problem and was even told to let him open the dd. In the thread he made it seem as it was my fault and he had it for 4 days and a bunch of other lies, so below is some things I would like to see.

-Proof you had it for less than a week ( 4 days lmao )
-Proof of this complete BS email you made up after I showed you the one of them saying it was banned for sharing ( https://imgur.com/a/2oR4rJ6 )
-Proof I ever promised a refund ( I have always responded with “I’ll try” or “I should” be able to, so never ever saying I will 100% )
