- This guide is known to all characters; that is unless of course they choose to use a computer or other form of internet device used to get onto the website. That said, there are factioned NPCs, and 'Roamer' NPCs. The Roamers are all on their own; though they can join a faction. Factioned NPCs can defect from their faction and join another, though that's obviously something that won't happen. Each faction will also have their mentor displayed, if they have one. Due to the special guests clearly having much more power to start off with, it's impossible to measure their power level properly.
