- For anyone curious, here is how to test which arcana count as melee:
- Equip the Dark Katana relic.
- 2. Equip nothing but ranged arcana. A good starting point is any of the ranged basic arcana (Bouncing Blaze, Air Spinner, Stone Shot, Bolt Rail, Aqua Arc), Air Burst, Dragon Arc, Exploding Fireball. The Dark Katana icon below your HP bar will be greyed out.
- 3. Replace Dragon Arc with another arcana. If the Dark Katana icon lights up, it's a melee arcana! If not, it's ranged.
