Celebrate

Rocket was grilling pieces of meat and hot dogs on the grill as he watched kit prep the table, placing plates and cups, setting things nicely. They were bringing in side dishes to place down as well, rocket wanted to help them but he was too occupied with the food he was cooking. He watched as they brought out marshmallows, chocolate and gram crackers. They wanted to make s'mores, Rocket shook his head at their impatience actions. Rocket kindly told them that it has to wait until after they are done eating, that they can make them while they start celebrating the Fourth of July. Kit stared at him and blinded, they questioned him in confusion, that it isn't the fourth of July and they weren't celebrating that right now. Rocket jokingly said that it is as he laughed softly. Kit rolled their eyes at what he said, replying with saying that everything is the Fourth of July and that he's way too attached to this grill.
