  3. Specialty: Crowd Control, Harass, Zoning
  4. Damage Type: Magical, Ranged.
  5. Description: Said to have been molded from a black hole central to a galaxy, Novann creates and bends celestial objects to his will.
  6. Notes: He looks like a man with void black skin, glittering with white specks. He wears clothes with a similar theme to Cyclops' outfit, while not being a cyclops himself. Novann is a handsome person with NO eyes ;).

  8. Passive: Heir of Space
  9. Novann's basic attacks alternate between stars, comets, and void. Stars burn & slow the target, Comets stun the target & deal explosive damage, Void temporarily blinds the target but deals no damage. Attack speed gained from items is capped at 30%.

  25. A black ring appears under the chosen enemy hero. This ring follows the target for up to 5 seconds. At the end of 5 seconds, the ring explodes, dealing damage to the target and nearby enemies. The explosion pushes the targeted hero a short distance towards the closest Nebula Core OR Singularity. If there isn't a core/singularity, the target gets pulled a short distance towards Novann instead. Enemies nearby the explosion are knocked back by a short distance.

  37. Novann creates a molten core in the selected spot. After 1s, the orb flashes and releases a colorful cloud in the area around it (The area is slightly smaller than Tigreal's ultimate). Enemies in the cloud take damage over time, have reduced movement speed, and are slowly pulled towards the core. The effect lasts for 8 seconds.

  39. Novann can manually ignite the cloud, canceling the effect while dealing explosive damage to enemies in the area and burning them thrice over 3s. Cores automatically ignite after expiring.

  41. This skill is required to activate Novann's ultimate (Singularity). It can grant vision in bushes.

  55. Novann compresses a molten core, causing a supernova and leaving a black hole in it's place. Enemies within the area are damaged pulled a short distance towards the black hole, and take increasing DoT the closer they are to the black hole. The black hole lasts for 5 seconds.

  57. The skill can be activated again after 1.5s, pulling all enemies in the area a short distance towards the black hole.
