 Mia had been training in the harsh environment that was Vegeta for years now. All that training had hardened him and awaken something inside of him that had been dormant for generations. A shift in his energy that had been nurtured by his star's guidance. An ancient pact between the Kull tribe and demons in the Twilight realm forgotten to time was surfacing for the first time. The Raken's energy had become stronger but now held a darkness to it that made the already instinctive based warrior more ruthless.

It was clear that he was becoming more brutal in his fighting style as he went for disabling his opponents but in a way that was slow and painful. Finding the prolonged method fun to watch and experience his foes realizing there was no way out of the loss they had backed themselves into.

 While the star wasn't evil it was one of war and survival at any cost. It was guiding him towards the path it saw would allow him to reach his end goal. So instead of suppressing this atavism inside the Raken it nurtured it. As Mia wished to be the best warrior for his tribe. And to that end, the star would shepherd this Raken to that end goal.
