>Lyle furrowed his brow as he looked down at the big, hopeful eyes of Lizy
>"Pweeeease?"
>The middle son of the Loud house gave a defeated sigh, who could deny her?
>"Fine" Lyle suddenly felt the air leave him as he was hug tackled into the ground by a giggling Lizy
>'Tank you Lyle, I love you!" Despite dreading what was coming next, he couldn't help but smile at her joy
>She grabbed his hand and started trying to pull him to his feet "C'mon c'mon lets go, we need combs and srunchies"
>Getting up he allowed himself to be lead to Lizy's room as she directed him to sit at a small stool
>The excited girl ran out of the room and was back in a flash, her arms full of combs, hair brushes, hair ties, and a spray bottle
>Lyle eyed the equipment, seeing no scissors but decided not to take chances "No cutting, ok?"
>"Kaay" she began to comb his long hair and Lyle closed his eyes, enjoying the sensation
>He wasn't fond of his long hair, it took forever to wash and required a lot of upkeep, he'd like to keep it short
>But his mother and most of his sister's loved his hair, and he remembered when he was six he tried cutting it himself, tired of being picked on
>He saw heartbreak on his mother's face that day and vowed never again
>Still, despite not liking the length of his locks, he enjoyed having his hair played with, fingers in his hair, combing, head scratches, it made it bearable
>Lizy was carefully and slowly combing his hair and he felt curious "So why me?  Don't you usually play with Leia's hair?
>"Leia is busy, she's doing girl scout stuffs"
>"Why not Lyra or Lemy?"
>"Lyra is watching Lulu and Lemy has shorter hair, you have the prettiest hair"

>Pretty, Lyle thought slightly bitter, he'd been described as that a lot.  He was very aware that he was very feminine, being confused for a girl far too often
>He learned to let it roll off his back, but as a result Lyle appeared unfriendly at times, and had few friends outside of the family
>Still, Lizy wasn't being mean when she said it "So what are you gonna do with my hair?"
>"I wanna bwaid it, can I?"
>"Give it a shot Lizzers"
>Closing his eyes again, he lost himself in the feeling of her tiny hands working his hair, listening to her off key humming
>Minutes passed and Lyle's thoughts began to wonder "Maybe a braid or a ponytail would be a good idea" he thought to himself
>"Its done!" the little hairdresser was hopping up and down as she grabbed Lyles hand and dragged him to the bathroom
>Lyle looked at himself in the mirror with awe, the braid work was perfect and even, and he noted with appreciation that Lizy had somehow made it look masculine, it framed his face well and made his bangs appear shorter
>"..Wow Lizy...its...its great actually"  The praise causing the small girl to give a big smile
>"Can you maybe do this again tomorrow too?"
