Deoxys-S all of has extremely high probability to set up Stealth Rock and 1 layer of Spikes, repeatedly set Screens, and sweep with unparalleled speed and very good coverage.

Why having an extremely high probability to set up Stealth Rock and 1 layer of Spikes is potentially broken: go into how likely it is for deoxys-s to do this (high speed makes taunt mostly useless, focus sash allows it to go twice, team preview allows it to come in whenever is most beneficial and avoid scizor or tyranitar), how there are few pokemon that can also do this, how sr + 1 spikes affects games

Why being able to repeatedly set up Screens is potentially broken: go into deoxys-s’ speed (rehash taunt point), talk about its bulk and access to recover for repeated screens, how repeated screens affect games and how most screeners can only set up once or twice in a game whereas deoxys-s can realistically set up 4 or 5 times

Why having unparalleled speed with decent offensive stats and good overage is potentially broken: self explanatory

Why the threat of all of the above and the necessity for people to counter each of the above with different strategies is potentially broken: talk about some specialized counters for each of the 3 main deoxys-s strategies then point out how they don’t help with the other two, go into how specializing for all 3 strategies puts team at too far of a disadvantage
