The City Father of Vancouver exemplifies the essence of the West Coast, and doesn't so much resemble a figure of folklore or history so much as a fusion of the traits that make Vancouver, well, Vancouver. He appears most often in the shape of a wide-bodied and friendly faced man dressed in a blue hockey jersey and carrying a hockey stick made of glass that seems to spout smoke and water alternately. He is jovial, kind, and friendly, but his anger, though difficult to rouse, is legendary.

Individual Traits: Followers of Mister Mike may call upon a version of the Children of Gaia Gift: Para Bellum. Glass Walkers gain one point of temporary Wisdom Renown when accepted by Mister Mike, but members of other tribes lose one temporary Honor. Also, the totem may on occasion offer warnings of impending danger, either directly or through a messenger.
Pack Traits: Packs of the City receive three additional dice to any Streetwise tests relevant to Vancouver.
Ban: Mister Mike will often ask their packs to perform tasks for the good of the city. If the pack refuses, the totem will withdraw its support. In addition, packs accept by the City Father must support the Canucks hockey team.
