Nuts and Bolts Any% new route differences June 2018

Route changes from last PB (Will make more detailed later):

A LOT of vehicle changes and improvements
Suck n Blow is no longer gotten, so we no longer have to talk to fit and get crate 31 before entering Nutty Acres 4
In addition, Crates 30 + 35 are cut as well
Technically Crate 45 should be cut as well but I'm not a fan of how bad fighting grunty w/o 2 torpediles is so I'm not skipping that for now, maybe in the future.

Banjoland 6: Mad Monster Mix Up

Replaced with:
Banjoland 3: Clock Off!
