- 350 degree oven
- 2 cups almond or soy milk
- 2 tsp vinegar
- Whisk together
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- .5 tsp salt, or more to taste
- Whisk together
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- Add to milk, whisk 2 minutes
- Add wet to dry, mix, bake 30 to 35 minutes
