19/M/5’11 With icy blue eyes, snowy white hair and a pale complexion he looks as if though winter itself grew bored of being but a season and decided to take on a human form. His personality fits this frosty air as well as he is generally cold and taciturn. Wearing mainly clothes in blue and white shades he absolutely despises getting dirty, in fact his dislike for dirt has gone maybe one step too far as he feels the need to wash his hands very often, change bedsheets, make sure no one enters a house with shoes on and so on and so forth. If one would somehow anger Neptune he would do his best to ignore your existence, however he does have certain issues with letting go of old grudges.  Under the nomenclature “The Sandman” he’s claimed the lives of quite a number of his old enemies, spending his every waking moment to create hourglasses in which he encapsulated them, watching them suffocate by either sand, water or… other things.  Needless to say the police are quite hot on his tracks.
