Project 3 Writeup Notes:
- In the introduction, edit out things that aren't a part of Project 3
Review of the major assumptions:
- Not interest rates, not debt repayments, not dividends, these are the rows you should hide
Discussion of cost of capital and residual value:
- Don't explain CAPM and Beta
- Explain Cost of Capital- average of weighted cost of equity and debt. Used value-line beta, etc.
- Book value to approximate market value for cost of debt
Discussion of base case results:
- Comparison with stock price as of June 2016, stock price today should only be a minor point if mentioned at all
Discussion of sensitvity:
- Talk about residual value, growth rate with residual value, and cost of capital
- Mainly talk about data tables 2, you can leave off data tables 1
- For data tables, walk Weaver around like on a first date. Slowly introduce him to the numbers or he won't be happy. Especially if he's in San Diego or Maine.
	San Diego is better than Maine. We all know that. He really likes to be wined and dined. An even better date would be to visit his boy CJ in Portland.
	Actually screw that it's more fun to be in Miami. Weaver likes to fiesta.
