Troll stronghold partial completion for gwd? (probably not if not req for spiritual creatures)

Does abyssal sire require access to abyss? (ie fairy tale pt 2 or enter abyss complete)
60 str 60 agil for gwd? (assuming since req for spiritual creatures)
combat level considered for slayer bosses w normal variants? ie can kraken be assigned when cmb is < 80?
	- only matters for monsters w combat reqs > 75 since konar+ can assign (>= 75 cmb req) and kryst ignores cmb reqs
dag kings do not require horror from the deep as per ashs tweet
krystilia is only able to assign wild bosses (callisto, chaos elemental, chaos fanatic, crazy arch, scorpia, venenatis, vetion)
