- Description: D. Worthen, a Fed Ex delivery man who frequently delivered to Scott’s gun shop, returned with his brother D.A. Worthen, and cousin Harris to examine the guns Scott had for sale. They then made plans to rob him, before returning the next day and shooting him the head with a .22-caliber handgun. They stole 47 guns, selling all but 4 of them, before they were arrested. Scott leaves behind a 5-year-old daughter.
