I will go over how to mod your AMD Bios with Windows already installed.
I will not explain in this guide on how to setup a mining rig.
You need to do this for every card you got.
On some motherboards you need to disable SecureBoot / Activate CSM in your BIOS.

-	Install GPUZ
-	Install AMD Blockchain Drivers Aug23
	- reboot and make sure card shows up on device manager without errors
	- open GPUZ and check your cards memory brand	-	http://prntscr.com/hzrn7e
-	Open ATIFlash
	- save original BIOS	-	http://prntscr.com/hzrngl
	- close ATIFlash
	- make copy of original BIOS
	- rename copy to modded_rxx_{memory_brand}	-	http://prntscr.com/hzrnwv
	- we are only going to work with the modded file

-	open Polaris Bios Editor
	- open your modded_bios file
	- click ONE CLICK TIMING PATCH
	- click APPLY CHG	-	http://prntscr.com/hzrpwi
	- SAVE AS and select modded_bios file and overwrite
		- !!!NEVER!!! overwrite original bios file!!! !!!

-	open ATIFlash
	- load new modded bios file
	- click program	-	http://prntscr.com/hzrqo8
	- reboot

-	after reboot open AMD Pixel Patcher
	- let it patch	-	http://prntscr.com/hzrr62
	- reboot

-	check if card shows up in device manager and shows no errors
	- if so you just modded your bios!
