- Every piece of mail is photographed in a program called mail covers ever since the 2001 Anthrax Attacks. So we know how many ballots were mailed out, to whom, and when they arrived. We also know how many were mailed back.
- If this database were cross referenced with ballot counts and State Secretaries of State records you would find out everything. If they fell off the back of a truck there won’t be photographic records of them being mailed back. The Democrats screwed up by using the mail because it has a chain of custody via mail covers.
