  20. Can anyone tell me where can I find setting to enable password reset link in webmail login page? Is it in cPanel or WHM?
  21. User have to contact admin everytime they forgot password.

  28. If your provider has this feature enabled, it should automatically be there. This isn't a reseller level option.

  32. This is controlled by the "Reset Password for cPanel accounts" setting in WHM's Tweak Settings. Your reseller hosting provider would need to enable it (you can't do it as a reseller). The only other option would be to do email account password resets via cPanel's UI.

  58. One more point - IF this for one of the webmail/email accounts and NOT the mail cpanel (ie. if your client knows their cpanel password but one of their users lost their webmail password), client can log in to cpanel and reset his user's password himself.
