  1. Guile's charge time is 45 frames.
  2.
  3. 'Perfect' booms and flash kicks:
  4. - the rule is the same for both
  5. - the button must be pressed within the first 3 frames of the second direction
  6. - there are no 'perfect' EX versions, meterless only
  7.
  8. - perfect sonic boom:
  9. - +1 hitstun (blockstun is the same)
  10. - extra damage, including chip if they're burned out
  11. - projectile speed, frames on block, juggle combos, and total frames are the same
  12. - what this means is, perfect and normal booms are the same when it comes to zoning and getting jumped over. Perfect booms however are always better on hit. The fancy close-range combos require Perfect booms. Perfect booms are strictly better in terms of move properties, so the only situation where you might want to throw a normal boom is to mess with the opponent's recognition of visual/audio cues.
  13. - perfect flash kick:
  14. - extra damage, including chip if they're burned out
  15. - frames on block, juggle combos, and total frames are the same
  16. - yup, that's it
  17.
  18. Sonic Break:
  19. - PP during super 2
  20. - the initial Sonic Break can be slow if you press 4+PP, or fast if you input 6+PP
  21. - if you press a punch afterwards, you'll throw another. the speed of the followup matches the button strength you press
  22. - you can also follow up regular Sonic Booms with Sonic Breaks if you are in the super mode
  23. - Sonic Breaks do -NOT- interact with Sonic Blade (214P)
  24.
  25. Sonic Blade and Sonic Cross:
  26. - 214P - Sonic Blade
  27. - 6P after 214P - Sonic Cross
  28. - charge is -NOT- needed for the 6P followup
  29. - if you do -not- do the followup, then have charge, you can throw a normal/perfect Sonic Boom into it and still get a Sonic Cross (perfect has no effect on the resulting Sonic Cross)
  30. - ALL 6P followups, including 6PP, have 10 frames of startup and 38 total frames
  31. - The Sonic Blades have different startups and last different amounts of time
  32. - Sonic Cross inherits the speed of your 6P choice (you can throw slow/medium/fast/very fast Sonic Crosses)
  33. - EX Sonic Blade into 6LP/6MP/6HP -OR- any Sonic Blade into 6PP results in the same projectile
  34. - EX Blade into 6PP results in a 5th projectile speed, extremely fast, has one extra hit compared to the other EX Crosses, and does additional chip (expensive though!)
