Moved in to dryer not installed and sitting in the middle of the apartment.

Apartment was a disgusting mess with tools left out.

Bathtub was disgusting and yellow.

Wall sockets were dangling

Door frame was rotted out

All but door frame was fixed in a timely manner but should of been fixed before move in

New door was delivered months later and sat in my living room for over a week even though I requested it to be picked up.

Door wasn't painted for weeks.

Door wasn't properly installed and have massive puddles every time it rains. Maintenance came out multiple times but didn't care enough to properly fix it. Close to 2 months now and still no fix.

Screen windows had holes in them although was fixed in a timely manner. Carbon monoxide detector was years past its service date and I only knew because of a false alarm.

Smoke alarm was installed way too close to kitchen and set off when it was pre heating before I ever cooked in it.

Bathroom had leaks from ceiling multiple times before it was fixed. Took over a week for it to repainted.

Forgot to let least control know to visit my place and when I called later in the day Monday (the day pest control comes) I was told I had to wait another week or pay a ridiculous fee.

Apartment complex itself isn't great. The hot tub doesn't work and hasn't since I've lived here. The gym is incredibly small and consistently has machines break that take weeks to fix. The club house offers next to no amenities outside the gym. There's a coffee machine and printer but if you're there past leasing hours, the doors are locked.

Parking can be a pain. Multiple times I've had to park on a different street as my parking lot was full.

The only good thing about this place is people are nice. The two women in leasing who's name escapes me are incredibly helpful. Although maintenance takes forever and is rushed when finally done, I can say they're incredibly nice as well.

Some of the positive reviews are because they've offered incentives for reviews in the past such as a giant smart TV. I personally had a great review before this for that exact reason.

I currently pay 1435 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. I can not stress enough that this is NOT somewhere you want to live for that kind of money.
