306.
✟π•³π–Žπ–˜π–™π–”π–—π–ž✟

 307. The Draculesti family name is an old one, and carries with it a history corrupted by violence, religious strife, and occult worship of Grimm. The earliest ancestors were rumored to have given themselves sexually to Grimm and reproduced half-breed children without souls. Of course, they've also been told to eat their infants, torture townsfolk, and commit sins like sodomy and incest. It isn't surprising somebody would say their ancestors managed to mate with Grimm and reproduce. They're a despised family.
308. The truth, alas, isn't far off. There were no sexual rituals with the demons many banded together to fight, but certainly there was worship of them. And certainly, one day, there had been an ancestor that had managed to infuse the blood of a massive, dragon-like Grimm into his own. Thus began the Draculesti semblance... and the Draculesti curse. Every child thereafter born first inherited this trait. And each whom possessed it died horribly. Even when the cultish behavior stopped some two centuries ago and the family gave themselves over to Catholicism, the curse continued. A few good eggs in a sea of monsters could hardly stamp out this curse. So long as the Draculesti reproduced, their anguish would continue.
309. In modern times, they are a prominent Atlesian family, extremely wealthy. Their empire flourishes in the realm of engineering - weapons engineering, to be precise, for the government. Coincidentally, the government happens to be connected to the military, which then mans the academy. Because the three spheres are united, the Draculesti family has their hands in everything.
310. Their private life is a different matter altogether. Tepes' father, Mikhail Draculesti, is a cold man who values strength above all else. Routinely, he forces his children through rigorous militant combat-training to hone their skills. He pits them against one another and refuses to stop the match until one of them forfeits... or dies. He has no sympathy for weaklings. Whoever loses is forced to spend the night practicing, from sundown to sunrise without rest. Mikhail is liberal with corporeal punishment, too. He harshly beats his children when they embarrass, question, or disappoint him. Because his standards are impossibly high, it is quite often that he is reprimanding them for something.
311. Tepes is the favored child because she has shown the most promise in her fighting skills. Ilona, like their mother, Rada, is a sickly looking girl who prefers books to swords. Tepes is intelligent, but her younger sister is a savant. A technical mastermind, the military is already interested in recruiting her. But to Mikhail, she is a worm. Ilona is useful in only one area, whereas Tepes shows promise in all, and thus it seems Mikhail pushes her infinitely harder.
312. She attended Atlas Academy for a single semester before coercing her father into allowing her to transfer over to Beacon. She had tempted him only by alluding to the weakness of her fellow students. Something about Carmilla and her semblance dormant being too trying for them. In reality, Tepes simply wanted to slip out from beneath the thumb of her father.
 313.
314.
 315.
✟π•»π–Šπ–—π–˜π–”π–“π–†π–‘π–Žπ–™π–ž✟

 316. Tepes is a cold girl who has no sympathy for weakness. Her father bred into her a merciless streak through applied operant conditioning. Kindness is the ultimate Achilles' heel and in the Draculesti home, it was punished severely. Martyrdom was punished severely. Any emotional softness was received with reproach and reprimand. Affection was forbidden. As a result, Tepes is an isolated soul incapable of understanding human kindness. Physical intimacy is abhorred. She does not like others being kind to her in battle, and to spare her life in a fight to the death is to insult her. Her heart is callous to the problems of others.
317. Tepes is self-sufficient, reliant on nobody but herself, and unable to tolerate excuses. Weakness is something she nips in the bud. Praise is beyond her unless another has done something truly impressive. Don't take her idle remarks about the friendliness of others as admiration. If anything, she views it as a character flaw. Life is built upon principles of survival, not of friendship. People are, at best, only going to disappoint you. Rely on nobody but your own self, or so she believes. Tepes values honesty, hard-work, and competence. She despises sugar-coating, yielding, and ignorance.
318. If one does just so happen to slip past her defenses and become her friend, it is probably because they have shown their worth as a warrior. Being a good soldier is perhaps the one thing she will accolade. In any case, to those she does cherish, she is fiercely loyal. She would kill for them. Should they become compromised, she would kill them to save them from tarnishing their former glory. It is nearly impossible to tarnish her faith in those she believes in.
319. A good example is her faith in God. A devout Catholic, Tepes sincerely feels as though God is in all of her actions. Tepes will wear the insignia of the Draculesti while slaughtering the Devil's creatures. Her belief is unwavering. While she does not condemn those who do not know God blatantly, she isn't trustworthy of Pagans, either. They are heathens, clouded by ignorance. But she does not push her opinions onto others - there is judgment in her heart, but she isn't one to bother others with her thoughts. So long as they are capable of wielding a weapon and defeating the Grimm, they can do whatever they please and she will stand by them.
320. Tepes is aware that her social skills are lacking and that in order to thrive within the academy, she should at least learn cooperation with others. She is more inclined to respect the battle-hardened souls that unite under the same noble cause. If not any other common ground, then unity in destroying the Grimm is enough to persuade her. Just don't get in her way.

 328. Carmilla
 329.
Having an ax is quite fun. Tepes is a girl whose strength is more than enough to tear through opponents with the slightly-sharpened ax she dubbed 'Carmilla.' The name came from her adoration of the macabre and the blade's bloody appearance after she kills Grimm. Surprisingly, Tepes fuels Carmilla with ice dust, allowing her to encase foes in blocks of solid ice. Once, she was rumored to have praised the shattering effect her ax had on frozen enemies. Some go on to say that she licks the chunks of their broken bodies.
330. Carmilla is a sturdy, medium-length ax as red as the blood of Grimm. While its silver blade is not very long, nor sharp, the wielder seems to have no issues using it to tear apart monsters (or ne'er-do-wells). In battle, when not combined with Bathory, Tepes can squeeze the white trigger on the handle to extend the blade out further. This is useful for particularly strong prey with tough outer hides. The handle on the hilt of the ax can be squeezed to release dust. When united with Bathory, the base of the halberd acts almost as a dial with three separate settings.
 331.

332. Bathory
 333.
Her charming hand-gun, Bathory, doubles as a knife. The bullets fired are fine silver, .999. They are the closest to pure, elemental silver a person can come to. Sterling, the standard on most markets, is her back up. It is short-barreled with a thin handle and a hair-trigger. Just the way she enjoys it. There's also not a safety, thus when on her belt it is always pointing diagonally away from her. Let her shoot someone else in the foot. It takes time to reload, however, so Tepes is inclined to use the knife as opposed to the gun. Distance-fighting isn't nearly as enjoyable as hand-to-hand combat.
334. In appearance, it is small and deformed to the eye. Not without stylistic purpose, alas. The extension on the top serves as the hilt of the blade it transforms into. Compact and apparently clunky, it is at odds with her combat preference. Its smooth edge is deceptively dull. Normally, she carries around three spare magazines for its gun setting. Her marksmanship is remarkable enough that she almost never has to reload. One couldn't call her a sharpshooter, but certainly, Tepes is very skilled and rarely misses her targets. Unfortunately, she doesn't derive pleasure from guns or heavy artillery as most others do when facing a horde of Grimm. Instead, she relies on Carmilla and Bathory, or their unionized form referred to as 'Vlad.'
 335.

336. Vlad the Impaler
 337.
AKA, the Strong Recoil Union Halberd (SRUH) as advertised on the front of the profile! The halberd consists of an ax blade topped with a spike mounted on a long shaft. It always has a hook or thorn on the back side of the ax blade for grappling mounted combatants. Vlad is 1.70 meters in length and weighs approximately 2.72 kilograms. It is particularly light for a polearm, but that is due to its usage as a long-ranged weapon if need be. This particular weapon has three forms of use: as a halberd, as a long-ranged weapon, and as a stake.
338. The first, as a halberd, is Tepes' default mode of usage wielding Vlad. The dimensions described above pertain to all three forms mentioned, though the stake does possess an extension that can be added to give it extra length for sizeable Grimm. The halberd is as shown, red in color with a blade of average size, made entirely of silver. It is actually sharper than Carmilla. If Tepes were to demonstrate, just making contact with it can lacerate something as soft as skin. It can tear through sheets of metal with relative ease and has no issues dismembering Grimm. Though it traditionally is a weapon aimed to dismount horseback riders, in the right hands the halberd is capable in regular one-on-one combat. Most favor swords, but it is a Draculesti tradition to wield such beastly weapons for close-range combat. By squeezing the handle, she can coat the blade with dust stored at the top to add a particular effectiveness to her strikes.
339. The second form, her long gun, actually doesn't shift the appearance of the halbert at all. Vlad is hollow at the top. The bullets in Bathory are still present in Vlad and can be launched with enough force it rivals that of a grenade launcher. Of course, the bullets are smaller and thus the impact is far less devastating! To fire Vlad, Tepes need only twist the handle. At a time it may shoot eight bullets before needing to be reloaded. She tends to only use sharp-nosed, soft-point bullets (similar to the hollow point, but with less widespread damage). This is perhaps Vlad's least-evoked form, Tepes not really one for firearms to begin with (it was her mother's preference, not hers).
340. The third and final form is where the SRUH derives its name from. It is a stake. A very long stake. Typically it stands at 1.7 meters in length but with appropriate extensions maxes out at about 2.75 meters (or approximately 9') in length. Not unlike the actual Vlad Tepes, her weapon can be used to impale a single enemy. The idea of impalement is versatile. It can be a quick death or a long one, both ways inducing agony via partial (or total) perforation of the torso. Tepes may have a streak of sadism when it comes to private, one-on-one fights with Grimm (or nasty opponents). Making an example out of them isn't out of the question. Her strength is enough to run through the chests of most; if it weren't for her need of the weapon, she would leave them to hang there for all others of their kind to bear witness to. Alas, the Grimm vanish almost instantaneously upon death so it is easier to kill them with the dulled blade of Carmilla as opposed to the acuate Bathory should she want to watch them suffer before they disappear.

342. The blood of monsters runs through her veins. It is unclear what unholy filth shares a heritage with the Draculesti, but there is something not quite right about them. Similar to the Schnees, the semblance of the Draculesti is genetic, passed down from one generation unto the next. However, unlike the Schnees, not every child is 'granted' the fabled semblance. It transfers to the eldest only. Tepes, being the firstborn, inherited the Draculesti semblance from her father, Mikhail Draculesti. Her younger sister, Ilona, has a unique semblance unrelated to the family name.
343. As a result of being the eldest child, Tepes has inherited a faint aura. Some people in Atlas believe the Draculesti to be soulless... Tepes isn't sure whether she can disagree. Naturally, her semblance enhances her physical strength, speed, and durability. By ingesting the blood of Grimm, however, she is granted unprecedented physical prowess in exchange for a loss of control and an appearance change. It becomes remarkably draconic. Her aura disappears completely when invoking her semblance to its fullest capacity. The more blood she ingests, the scarier she becomes. But at some point, the line between a warrior and a monster blurs and she becomes a threat to her comrades. It incites rage and a thirst for human blood rather than that of Grimm.

344. "Dangerous? I do not know a single thing in this world that could possibly be more dangerous than I." -- Tepes to her sister, Ilona, at the end of a duel.
