Semi planned town december 8th

The premise of the jump is simple. I take 1hour a day to plan(22:45-23:45), i describe exactly what i would like done, and how the day before went. There will be a daily thread as well, where everyone can post anything they did relevant to the plans, and possible advice for the next person. The goal here is for people to start understanding what is expected of their classes and roles, without the micromanaging, you're expected to log in, make a decision, and seek out whoever else is trying to make decisions to coordinate with them.
Planning for more than three people is not permited at all. An example would be a surv who leaves instructions for two-three other survs on buildings to camp and possible weapons, or tamers advising what to do next to keep clearing going. Don't be afraid to make calls here. I will only be responsible for saying generally how I'd like the day to go, and I'll be playing tamer.
Planners might be more comfortable leaving instructions for 3 people, whereas others might only want to post what they've done if it affects others plans
The only thing I don't want in this town is hesitation, if we have watchtower, build/repair and then scrap 1AP right away, if you think there's nothing to kill, scavenge right away, if you're a resident and want to be BiA'd to help kill/scout, post in forums and chat and wait an hour or two maximum, the goal of this town is to have few people inside. There are three goals of this town:
Scavenge as much as we can as early as we can.
Place a huge emphasis on me taking my time to give you information, and allowing you to make your own decisions and give feedback. I will be posting multiple thread with a LOT of information on spread, scavenging, item crafting, camping, and anything else i can think of, in preparation for more training towns, as well as training all of you to be more independent.
The third goal is getting everyone more acclimated with communcating, and a bit more acclimated with leading if possible, if you have an idea for someone, pop it in forums. Start dialogue, enjoy the freedom
