Stated on the tracking page. I've got a note from UPS that my package was delivered to my closest UPS point, they claim they have NOT received any such package.

I've got two missed calls from private number, without any left messages. I'm assuming its someone from UPS who tried to reach me.  For the love of god LEAVE A MESSAGE OR SEND A TEXT. Not everyone can answer their mobile phone at work!

The tracking page also states the receiving name is incorrect - my bloody name is CORRECT. Could you please deliver the parcel to my UPS point as written on the note: "00269 STEVES NEWSAGENT, Stroud Green, 38, London N4 3ES".

Incredible. I'm quite surprised how UPS manages to stay alive as a company given the poor service it provides. I've already let the company I purchased products from know that I won't buy anything more from them if they continue to use UPS, this is beyond FUBAR in every aspect.
