  1. You are Aramatherion, a rogue living in the kingdom of Larion. You have a long
  2. steel dagger and a length of rope. You walk down the city street looking for
  3. somehwere to steal from. You look around and see nothing but houses and shops.
  4. It's not like you need to be stealthy or sneaky today; you just want something
  5. quick and easy
  6. > look for bank
  7.  
  8. You head towards the nearest building that looks like it might have money on
  9. it. You find a large vault door with a sign saying "Bank" written on it. You
  10. open the door and enter
  11. > look for gold
  12.  
  13. You quickly search the room and find several bags full of coins. They're all
  14. silver and they seem expensive enough to make you feel good about yourself.
  15. You take what you can carry and leave without looking back.

  17. > Count coins
  18.  
  19. You count out some of the coins as you walk away from the bank. The bag is heavy
  20. and you struggle to keep up. You reach your hand into the bag and pull out a
  21. few coins. You count them out loud: One hundred and twenty-five
  22. > Go to stable

  24. You hurry along the road and find a horse stabled at a stable near the town.
  25. You ride off into the distance, feeling better than when you started
  26. > buy hellpig
  27.  
  28. You climb onto the back of the hellpig and start riding. It's not fast enough
  29. though; you soon come across a bridge where you slow down to a crawl. Suddenly,
  30. the hellpig stops.

  33. You slowly cross the bridge, which is made of wood and has a railing around it.
  34. As you do so, you see a man sitting on a bench across the river. He wears a
  35. blue tunic and brown trousers. His hair is black and he has a beard
  36. > rob man

  38. The man turns his head slightly and sees you coming. He raises an eyebrow and
  39. says something in a language you don't understand. You stop and turn around,
  40. ready to attack him. Instead, he grabs your arm and leads you over to the other
  41. side of the bridge

  44. You follow the man until you get to a wooden bridge. This one is made of stone
  45. instead of wood. There is no railing either, just a single plank. On this bridge
  46. there is another man sitting on a bench, but he doesn't notice you yet
  47. > talk to man

  49. You approach the man who seems to be watching you intently. He lifts his chin
  50. and stares at you, waiting for you to speak. You try to think of a lie, but
  51. you can't think of anything clever to say. You decide to bluff.
  52. > Tell him my life story

  54. You begin telling your life story. The man listens attentively and nods. Then,
  55. he speaks in a strange language you don't understand. You don't know any more
  56. words, so you just repeat what he said. You explain how you came to live here
  57. and how you got lost

  60. You grab the man by the wrist and lead him across the bridge. He struggles against
  61. you, but you manage to pull him across the bridge. You both fall into the water
  62. below. You swim after him, but he disappears beneath the surface
  63. > catch fish

  65. You swim after the man and finally reach a small island. A fisherman spots you
  66. and waves you over to him. He pulls out a net and begins fishing. You watch
  67. as he catches a fish, but then tosses it back into the water

  70. You continue following the man. Eventually, you arrive at a small village. Inside,
  71. people are busy preparing food for dinner. The man notices you and walks over
  72. to greet you. He asks if you want some food, but you decline

  75. You stand beside the man and whisper in his ear. He smiles and tells you to wait
  76. while he goes to fetch a clown. When he returns, he throws a ball of thread
  77. at you. You dodge it and run past the villagers

  80. You throw a knife at the man, but he dodges it. You chase after him, but he runs
  81. through a gate and disappears into the forest. You return to the man and ask
  82. if you should kill him. He shrugs and tells you to go ahead

  85. You throw the knife at the man again, but he ducks under it and runs away. You
  86. follow him and eventually find him hiding behind a tree. He points his finger
  87. at you and laughs. You try to hit him, but he dodges every time
