Reasoning: After witnessing the death of Okara and betrayal of Bokchang, Seranno was forced to train himself up in the technique category. Making up something that may be of assistance in fights if not a nuisance.
- Simply to blind opponents who have the upper hand. Mostly when there are groups of them, such as the Xenomorphs. This would be a supporting technique, allowing to hinder foes before him. It will allow anyone to escape from combat, as stated before get a few shots in. Surely this would be able to help out with greater threats. Maybe open a gateway to subdue the opponent before anything malicious happens. Feeling a tad worthless, the saiyan would require his own set of skills without any assistance at all. Showing that he can be of use.
