Host:

Your account expired in August and there was no reply from our
attempts to contact you. The domain xxxxxxxx.xxx has expired and
was purchased by a ad-bot. The web page and any files associated with
that account have since been removed from the server.

Customer:

60 days is not the law, I would like to get my files returned to me
ASAP those files are my property I don't care if I have the web site
name I am going to request a phone conversation with you by 5pm
tomorrow if you fail to contact me and fail to return my files I
will seek legal action against you and XXXXX.

Host:

ou did not renew the hosting account and the files have been removed.
You were given plenty of time to respond to the billing department.
You no longer have an account with XXXXX and threatening legal
litigation will not change anything.

While the files were your property nothing was stolen or lost as they
were only electronic copies of said property. You may restore your
files to another hosting account from your backups and/or archives.

Customer:

You are in the wrong I urge you to return my files, if you do not its going to cause me to take action, the clock is still running you have 4hr and 54min to call
