Letter of Application

Hello,
My name is ******** and as of now I am 20 years old; I am currently undergoing the Bachelor program of Computer Science at Lunds University, Sweden. The program really suits me and I feel like I really made the right decision in education even though, to be frank, I initially barely knew anything about Computer Science other than it was a field within Information Technology. There are two main reasons why I wish to study abroad; firstly, I wish to gain a deeper knowledge of the international field of Computer Science and I want to experience a international education. Moreover I believe this will contribute in giving me a edge in the field and help me stand out in my future career in Computer Science. Secondly, it is a once in a lifetime experience – it has been a personal dream, and goal, of mine for quite some time now to study abroad in a foreign country. To take part of another countries culture, environment and climate, their customs and their way of life.

I enjoy exercising and working out, I've been doing so for the majority of my life, and been practising all kind of sports; ranging from soccer, icehockey to martial arts, working out in the gym and snowboarding! It is a big part of my life and I always try to dedicate a couple of hours each week and consider myself as quite the avid athlete. Other than exercising I spend my sparetime as a Systems Developer/Programmer.
