Tower of God 3 - 84 Translations

This is a fan translation of TOG Season 3 - Episode 84. Please refrain from sharing this translation around. Khun: Yeah. I understand it, for the most part.

Hockney: Impressive. I've sent over the list of all the items that we can buy. The situations on the fields are exactly how i told you. White is on Baam's field, // and Yama seems like he was injured by Yasratcha... His condition is very severe..!

Khun: (I didn't expect White to approach Baam this quick.. Why is he showing this much obsession towards Baam?)

Hockney: So we took a quick look through the list. I think this 'Force return enemy' item is most needed for Yama right now.

Khun: One Triangle coin.. A little too costly for now, we will have 0 points after this.

Hockney: But this is too urgent!

Khun: Even so, it is most efficient that we quickly drop the coin's value and then buy the items. // Okay, so how about this?

Hockney: I think I can handle the first part.. But don't you think the second part is too risky?

Khun: You can't gamble without risks. // And if we actually succeed, then it's a jackpot. Doesn't it sound amusing?

Hockney: Damn it!! He noticed our target!! // He catches on real quick!! // Rak, throw the spear! Help that fish get away from the Crab!

Crab: Why you!!

Hockney: Perfect!! Now is the time! // Inventory! // Fire!

Elaine: Roger that!

Hockney, Rak : Whoa!

Hockney: We did it!!

Crab: That's... impossible!

Hockney: First mission, complete! // Alright! The value of the triangle symbol has dropped! // We can now buy the symbol for half of it's original price!

Rak: Oh, is that true? Then hurry up and do it!

Doom: YASRATCHAA!!

Yasratcha: Hence, you are not a 'pure breed' canine. // You're a mutt. // That is why you can't share your canine powers with anyone else.

Yama: I am... a mutt..?

Yasratcha: Why are you so surprised? What, don't tell me that you thought you had some sort of a noble blood or something. You are just an unordinary mutt that was born from Lo Po Bia's curiosity. // From his perspective, you and i are nothing but just cute little pets. // To think that a mere mutt would call himself the King of Canines, or a Slayer. Such trivial comedy, don't you think? // You silly doggy.

Doom: ... Yasratchaa!

Announcer: 'Enemy Force Return' Item has been used from the Control Room! // Thus, the player Yasratcha will be forced to return to the jail!

Yasratcha: An item huh... It seems that your freinds from the Cat Tower did something. // Anyways, don't even think about doing anything stupid, and just lie down there. // Just lie there and, // realize how powerless you trully are.

Announcer: This turn is now over! You may start moving again! Would you like to move?

Doom: Move me forward by one square! // Yama!! // Yama!! // Are you alright!!

Yama: Is that true..?

Doom: ?

Yama: What Yasratcha said. That we are from different mothers... // That i.. am not born from a canine mother..! // Is it true that i am not a pure blood canine!!

Doom: Yama.. // ..It is true. // It is true that our Father was a test subject that Lo Po Bia was raising. We all have different mothers. // I was born from both canine father and mother. // You and Paul were born through interbreeding. // I have never met my birth mother, but i know your mother. // She was a benevolent and courageous person. // I treated her like my real mother, // and i treated you no less than a blood related little brother. // I assume you don't remember much about your mother since she had to leave soon after your birth, but she was not a person that would treat you and i differently. // Our father was also a man of morals. // People from the Lo Po Bia family and Yasratcha said that our father was a betrayer, but // our father didn't betray anyone. // Our father was a great man.

Hockney: Yes!! Yama is in a safe spot now!

Doom: As Yasratcha said, our father was Lo Po Bia's test subject. The head of the Lo Po Bia family decided to have our father near him, because he possessed a very special power. // And that special power is called the 'Fang of the Predator/Beast' . // That power was extraordinary. It allowed one to form a pack. It also allowed one to stand indomitable to anyone in this Tower. // Lo Po Bia used this power from our father to form an army of Canines, and used it to his needs. // Then he created me through my father and a canine mother. // But that wasn't enough to satisfy the Head of the Lo Po Bia, he wanted out father to make a child with a special woman. // So he searched for your mother who had a special ability, and thus you were born. // Lo Po Bia just wanted them to have a child, but they ell in love together by fate. // Lo Po Bia didn't like that, so he framed our father for betrayal // and ordered his men to murder him. // And behind all of that, there was Yasratcha's lies and slander. He wanted our father's fangs. As soon as Lo Po Bia ordered to kill our father, // the canines chased after him. // In the end, our parents were murdered by the canines and Yasratcha. / Our father passed on one of his fangs to me knowing his death was near, as he entrusted you guys to me. // Other one was taken by Yasratcha. // Then he captured us, // and engraved fear and obedience in our blood using our father's power. // I promised Yasratcha that we will live in hiding for the rest of our lives, and so we escaped successfully. // When Yasratcha returned to the Lo Po Bia family, he killed all of the remaining canines for treason. // Our father and the canines were recorded as traitors in their history. // But i know the truth. Our father was not a person to betray his master. // He fell victim to Yasratcha's cheating schemes. Everything is because of his lies! // Our father was a scary man that would never back down on a fight. // But he would never dare to show his teeth to his master. // The blood that were passed on to us // are not something to be embarrassed off, Yama!

Yama:. But im not a pure blood canine.

Doom: That doesn't matter! // You are still the son of a woman that my father loved and cared for. You are a terrible little brother to me, but // you are still my little brother who got his powers passed on to.

Yama: ..Doom..

Doom: When you achieved the full mimicry, i realized // that you innately have the same qualification as our father. // Our father had three fangs. I received one of those directly rom him, // But you must have gotten the last fang through birth. That power will grant you the "indomitability". // You deserve to be the true successor of our father's powers..! // I shall now transfer the power of the fang that i received from our father. // You can definitely become stronger than Yasrtacha. // Stand up. // Let us defeat Yasratcha with the power that our father entrusted us with. // *Grunt*! // Guuuuuh!! // You really have to put some strength from your side too, y'know!! // You are as heavy as a goddamn walrus!!

Yama: Kuh! //... Okay so, how do you plan on transfering that power of the fang to me? And even if i receive that power, how do i reach Yasratcha? // We don't have any turns left to get to him anymore.

Doom: When Yasratcha disappeared, he said something about our teammates in the Cat Tower. I can faintly remember hearing something about the control room. // Let's put some trust in those guys for now. We only have to think about getting stronger.

Yama: Becoming stronger, you say.. But Yasratcha is stronger than what you and i have even imagined.

Doom: Yes, but there has to be a way. Yama, do you remember? // The things that those cheeky regulars who were working under Paul said, before we came here.

Yama: Ah...Yes. I remember.

Doom: Yeah. We know the secret of the mad dogs that inherited your blood. // If we use the power of the fang and that secret of yours together, don't you think that we could negate the power of the fang that he possesses?

Yama: That doesn't sound like a reliable plan. // Then how do you transfer the fang to me?

Doom: The fang is actually just a symbol of the power itself. When you bring it outside it takes a form of the fang. // It is actually a lump of energy that is like a spike which is embedded onto your heart. / Im going to use external mimicry to bring it outside and physically shove it through your chest ... and the rest will be up to you.

Yama: So what you're actually saying is... you actually don't have a plan?

Doom: I know i said that you are the right person to receive the power of the ang, but since you are not a pure blood canine, even im not completely sure if you can take the fang. // You will lose your life if you fail. // I you don't want to, you don't have to.

Yama: Are you crazy? // Of course that i will do it if it means that i can win against Yasratcha!

Doom: You are so simple. // Alright then, let us begin. // It's going to sting. // It will sting so much that you may even lose your life if you don't focus.

Yama: Don't worry about it, just do it!! // I ain't going to back out on this! // Just do it-! // (Doom... You..) // (You could've at least told me before you actually..)

Doom: (I am sorry father. It looks like i couldn't keep the promise after all. I have entrusted the vengeful legacy onto my brother. // Either Yama dies here- // or he overcomes it. // But if he manages to overcome this, he will become the strongest Canine to ever exist. // He will be unstoppable canine with the fangs of revenge.

Aria: Are you really planning on staying here? // You know that we can't get to the finish line if we don't open that jail, do you?!

Baam: Yes. I am going to wait until White arrives here. I will win against him. Then i will go to save my Master.

Aria: You are so stubborn, it's such an obvious trap.. // It's just all cheap words to provoke you. You know this!

Baam: I don't care if it's a trap. // If i run from here then i won't be able to face those the souls of those that passed away.

Aria: Maybe you don't know this because you're young, but people die all the time while trying to climb the tower. You will lose some and you will meet some new ones. Do you really have to risk your life for something like this?

Baam: They were there for me in my loneliest times. // We parted our ways, because we couldn't be on the train together anymore... // but that doesn't mean i wanted to lose them like this..!

Aria: Ah... I don't think that i can understand that. I always wanted to be alone. // Not tied to anyone, and not having to rely on anyone. Just perfectly alone.

Baam: You are a lot different from me.

Aria: Well, i guess so. Everyone has their own circumstances, don't you think?

Baam: I guess so..

Aria: Why is White so obsessed with fighting you? Is there a reason for a Legendary Slayer like him to be so obsessed with you?

Baam: I don't know. Maybe he just doesn't like the fact that i exist. // He said he wanted me to be fall. // To be just like himself.

Aria: Is he really doing this for such a petty reason like that? // To think that a Legendary Slayer would have the mindset of a highschool student. // So the fact that you are waiting or him here means that you will do as he says?

Baam: Yes. If i can avenge the people that he has killed.. if i can beat White..! // I don't care if i end up corrupted or anything.. // I will even sell my soul if i need to.
