Miriallia: Incoming call from Mithril! They say they want to have a meeting between their captain and ours aboard the Archangel before they proceed with the rescue operation.

「直接、話を…」
Murrue: They want to speak directly...?

「その前に、向こうも艦長なんだな。
近くにいるってんなら、やっぱ潜水艦か?」
Mu: Before that, we need to find their captain. If their nearby, they’d have to be in a submarine, right?

マリュー

OSを書き換えて、いきなり戦ったり…」

Creuset: Before that...I have a question for Athrun. You do intend to shoot down the Legged One and the Strike, do you not?

60秒後に戦域内へ侵入!」
Tonomura: ZAFT Mobile Suit squad will enter the combat zone in 60 seconds!

マリュー
「同じ所に止まっていれば、狙われて当然ね」
Murrue: It’s no surprise they’d come after us since we’ve been stopped at the same place for so long.

テッサ
「カリーニンさん、
メグさんたちにも出撃要請を出してください」
Tessa: Kalinin, please request that Meg and the others sortie as well.

カリーニン
「彼らが重要な調査対象であることを承知の上で?」
Kalinin: You are aware that they are important subjects for investigation, ma’am?

テッサ
「ええ。こちらは動きがままなりません。
この場を切り抜けるために、
必要な手段だと判断しました」

Miriallia: Captain, the Strike is requesting permission for launch!

「僕が行って、やっつける! ハッチを開けろよ!」
Kira: Let me go out there and I can beat them! Open the hatch!

「ヤマト少尉、勝手な真似は許さんぞ!」
Natarle: Ensign Yamato, you are not authorized to simply do as you please!

動けないこの艦を守るためには
彼にも出てもらった方がいいわね」
Murrue: ...I don’t appreciate his tone, but for the sake of the ship’s protection, it would be best to send him out there.

「これまでに結構な戦績を上げてるらしいじゃない。
パイロットはコーディネイターだっていうし、
うかうかしてると見せ場を奪われるよ」
Mao: They say the pilot’s a Coordinator with a pretty good track record. If we get careless, he’ll end up stealing the limelight.

Kurz: True, true.

キラ
「もう誰も死なせない…! 死なせるもんか!
僕がガンダムで!」
Kira: Gundam and I won’t let anyone else die...! No one else!

フレイ
(ふふ…ふふふふ…キラ、私を守ってね。
あいつら、みんなやっつけて…)
Flay: (Hmhm... Heheheh... Kira will protect me. He’ll fight them all off.)

フレイ
(そして、あなたは戦って、戦って、戦って…死ぬの)

第2波に備えて下さい」
Tessa: I doubt this is over. Prepare for the second wave.

Tonomura: Second enemy wave has entered the combat zone!

(Aegis Gundam, Blitz Gundam, and several ZAFT Mobile Suits appear.)

「イージスとブリッツ…!」
Murrue: The Aegis and the Blitz...!

テッサ
「ストライクと同時期に開発され、
ザフトに奪われたG兵器ですね」
Tessa: They are the G weapons stolen by ZAFT, developed at the same time as the Strike.

ニコル
「ストライクを確認…!」
Nicol: Strike identified...!

アスラン
「キラ、これが最後だ。
俺たちのもとへ来る気はないんだな?」
Athrun: Kira, this is the last time I’ll ask. Won’t you come with us?

キラ
「何度聞かれても、答えは同じだよ」
Kira: No matter how many times you ask, my answer is still the same.

アスラン

Athrun: ...

クルツ
「あのふたり、知り合いなのかよ?」
Kurz: Hey, do those two know each other?

ミリアリア
「はい、幼年学校からの親友だそうです」
Miriallia: Yes, they were friends when they were children.

クルツ
「それが今や敵味方ってか。ドラマだねえ」
Kurz: And now they’re both friends and foes. Talk about drama.

「あたしらにとっちゃ、敵以外のなんでもないよ」
Mao: But to us, he’s nothing but an enemy.

Kurz: Got that right.

「…アスラン、退く気はないんだね?」
Kira: ...You won’t withdraw, will you, Athrun?

アスラン
「俺が何のためにここへ来たと思っている?」
Athrun: Do you think I’d be here otherwise?

Kira: Then, I’ll...!

「お前のストライクと足つきは、俺が仕留める!」
Athrun: I’m going to shoot down both your Strike and the Legged One!

「そんなこと、やらせるもんか!」
Kira: I won’t let you!

(This exchange triggers if Kira battles Athrun.)

「どうしても退かないっていうのなら…!」
Kira: If you won’t withdraw no matter what, then...!

「ここは戦場だ! そして、お前は敵なんだ!」
Athrun: This is a battlefield! And you’re my enemy!

(Battle 2 ends when Athrun’s health reaches 40%.)

「くっ! だが、突破口は見えたぞ!」
Athrun: Agh! Wait, there’s an opening!

(Athrun flies towards the Archangel.)

トノムラ
「イ、イージスが本艦に急速接近!」
Tonomura: Th-The Aegis is rapidly approaching the ship!

マリュー

Murrue: ...!

キラ
「アスラン!!」
Kira: Athrun!!

(Kira rushes Athrun.)

アスラン
「キラ、邪魔をするな!」
Athrun: Don’t get in my way, Kira!

(Athrun uses Scylla against Kira. A battle animation begins.)

「キラ、いいように使われていると何故気づかない!」
Athrun: Kira, how can you not realize you’re being used!?

アスラン
「こいつの火力なら!」
Athrun: This guy’s got serious firepower!

キラ
「各部の損傷チェック…! このままでは…!」
Kira: Checking all damaged sectors...! If this keeps up...!

(Battle animation ends. Kira is down to critical HP.)

「う、うううっ!」
Kira: U-Ugggh!

「キ、キラ!!」
Miriallia: Ki-Kira!!

クルツ
「あいつ、やべえぞ!」
Kurz: It’s looking real bad over there!

アスラン
「終わりだ、キラ!」
Athrun: It’s over, Kira!

「ぼ、僕がやらなきゃ…!
守らなきゃいけないんだ!」
Kira: I-I have to do it...! I have to protect them!

(Kira activates SEED, then uses High Energy Beam Rifle Barrage against Athrun. A battle animation begins.)

Kira: Uwooooh!

「そんな馬鹿な…!」
Athrun: This can’t be...!

(Battle animation ends. Athrun is down to critical HP.)

アスラン
「うぐうっ!!」
Athrun: Ugh!!

「アスラン!」
Nicol: Athrun!

アスラン
「キ、キラ…!!」
Athrun: Ki-Kira...!!

ニコル
「それ以上は無理だ! 撤退しよう!」
Nicol: We can’t do anymore! Let’s retreat!

アスラン
「あ、ああ…!」
Athrun: R-right...!

(All ZAFT forces retreat.)

マデューカス
「艦長、戦域内の敵機が離脱しました」
Mardukas: Captain, all enemy machines have withdrawn from the combat zone.

テッサ
「第3波は来なさそうですが…
修理と補給が必要な機体はただちに帰艦。
それ以外は周辺の警戒を」
Tessa: It doesn’t look like a third wave is coming... Recall all machines that need repairs and resupplies to the ship. All others will maintain a perimeter around the area.

マリュー
「なんとか凌げたようね…」
Murrue: We held on somehow...
