  1. General stuff:
  2. You want an empty party as much as possible for fights. I regularly am losing 4 seconds to Hashed on the Bruno split alone because of the "your party gained exp" text NOT EVEN LEVELING UP. I literally realized this today lol

  6. So for brock EXP I do this:
  7. - Catch Pika/Bulba if you see it. If you do, lure asap and then 2c catch Caterpie/Weedle/Bellsprout (preferably Bellsprout last)
  8. - If no Pika/Bulba, lure asap. Wait for Caterpie/Weedle/Bellsprout glowing. Once you see one, go for the other one (glowing Caterpie, get a Weedle) and 1c catch it. Then 2c catch the other two things (Bellsprout last if you can)

  10. Razz any 1c catch, don't razz 2c catches in the forst. Doing that should get you like 18:30 (no Pika/Bulba) to 19:30 (both Pika/Bulba) Brocks every time. Not the fastest, but really consistent

  14. Moon 2c catch Paras/Clefairy/Glowing Dude. Don't leave the bottom floor where the Nugget is without Paras or Clefairy. I still Razz Clefairy but I probably don't need to with 2c. I still go to the second downstairs area. Not much else here

  16. Cerulean is standard. If you are 14 and close to 15 when you leave, maybe catch a Rat if you don't see/need Ekans. Still unsure about if you stay for any of the holy trinity, I've been lucky lately. I'm also on the fence about 2c catching on 25/5/6. Sometimes I do it sometimes I don't

  20. Route. 10. Sucks. Honestly where I see most of my runs dying. 2c catch everything. Catch big rat if you caught little rat earlier. Evolving Krabby is way more viable with Rock Tunnel 2c big ball catches. I sometimes do Route 9 grass but it feels gross. All pokes learn a move on the level up

  22. My route tries to skip candying Eevee if you can, but I still need 28 for Persian so Rock Tunnel EXP is crucial. Get Graveler if you got Geodude earlier. I don't 2c any fights here

  26. Cut the grass to get the Fire Stone if you still need Jiggly, Abra or Vulpix. I like using Ninetales as a late catch flex if I have 51 expected pokes (skip Pidgey, catch late Psyduck and evolve Ninetales for example), but getting the Fire Stone here sorta forces it to evolve

  28. Hideout is a lot nicer now. If you hit 28 and are doing Double Edge strats for Persian, you can skip the X Attack on the Rattata/Voltorb fight. Hypno also dies at +2. You need to be more aware of your HP though (recoil does 24 on Raticate, 30 on Hypno, 19 on Rattata [sucker punch] and 21 on Voltorb [sonic boom])

  30. Wigglytuff as the death slave is OP. 2c on Archer and Gio here. You can go into Archer without healing. GG/Heal, GG/X Spec, Buzz/Rock Throw for Archer. X Atk/X Speed, X Atk/Double Edge, Bouncy for Gio

  34. Use a Lure if you can before flying to Lavender. It lasts until right before the first mandatory fight. If you can spare another, refresh lasts the rest of the way. Gastly can still not show, but it's way more likely

  36. Pokemon Road is another big killer for me. Not sure how to make it better. Evolve Ponyta ASAP and use it as a chance to get your party situated

  40. 2c for Ted. I put Doduo in slot 2 and he always targets and DESTROYS him. Just take the heal bed and you're fine. We might be able to sack Pidgey instead, put Doduo in slot 3 (for Blue) and have the pidgey still evolve but that scares me tbh

  44. Blaine->Giovanni is standard except Blue. I do 2c X Atk/Drill Peck, Scald/Drill Peck. It's pretty legit

  48. 2c Kanga girl in V-Road. She's a bitch

  50. I think healing before Lorelei and Depositing there is the fastest play. I'm personally keeping Rapidash until Agatha as a safety net. If she Crunches turn 1, I just summon 2c and finish the fight. Wastes ~15 seconds but saves the run
