Advice to Incels - A Life Guide, Not PUA Horseshit (work in progress)

  3. We all know "jUsT HaVe cOnFiDeNcE" is bogus advice and it's all the more reason why you should not listen to normies. They are invariably either too dumb and/or too indifferent to our struggle for their "advice" to be of any benefit to us. Normies are usually wrong about everything, have horrendous taste in the arts, are highly ignorant, are logically impaired, have zero intellectual curiosity, and are thoroughly and incurably devoid of imagination. It's a mystery as to why incels aspire to be normies. Not even normies want to be normies. You should neither listen to them nor aspire to be like them. You lack ambition if you want to be a normie. And that you aren't one already puts you in a higher rank than them. It's just a matter of altering your aspirations and self-perception.

  5. Ditch the incel online community - and that includes anywhere where incel culture is present, from 4chan to YouTube to IronyBro Twitter. Their incessant black-pilling only holds people back. They epitomize crab-in-a-barrel mentality. They hate the idea of someone in their situation improving themselves since it invalidates their LDR (Lay Down and Rot) philosophy. Many of them don't want to improve nor want to believe that improvement is even possible. They prefer the feeling of self-pity over self-improvement. They want nothing more than to wallow in sorrow over their predicament. Do these sound like the sort of people you want to be associated with?

  7. Copes are good. Coping is simply taking the cards you've been dealt in life and running with it. Lots of people dealt a bad hand cope. People who are blind or wheelchair bound find ways to cope with their dilemma so they can attain a fulfilling life. But with the incel community, coping is irrational. According to incels, if you're mired with a disadvantage, the reasonable thing to do is dwell over your predicament and feel doomed indefinitely. To an incel, any betterment by means of coping has no legitimacy. If you're disadvantaged in some way, you're supposed to just feel horrible and that's it. Any improvement is delusion.

While copes are good, you can't simply cope your way out of the hole you're in - and that hole being not necessarily being your affliction per se, but the pain and debilitating effect you've allowed your affliction to inflict upon you. Copes alone aren't enough. Nor is there a fix-all solution via some profound revelation you picked up from Nietzsche or Schopenhauer. Your life isn't in the gutter due to you not yet having stumbled upon some obscure wisdom. Your life is in the gutter due to the ill-conditioned state of your mind. Here are what, in my opinion, are five non-negotiable things you must do in order to re-orientate your mind:

  11. 1. Rigorous self-discipline. This is by far the most important. Nothing is possible without it. Everything is downstream from discipline. It's the hardest thing to do, but also the most rewarding and most crucial for your transformation. Rigorous self-discipline provides the skeletal framework upon which everything else you do will be based.

  13. 2. Healthy diet. You are a product of what you consume. Eat healthy and feel healthy. Eat junk and you'll feel like junk. You are not independent of your diet. You can't just wing it. Your diet is inextricably linked to both your mental and physical health.

  15. Basically, all you have to do is hold your treatment of your body to the same standard you hold to your treatment of your vehicle. If you wouldn't just pour anything in your gas tank then don't just put anything in your stomach. The tragedy of mankind is that people treat their cars better than they treat their own bodies. To me, that is incredible.

  17. Consider fasting too. I hear good things about it.

  19. 3. Regular physical exercise. This is a must, but how much and how intense is debatable. Personally, I find high-intensity workouts particularly rewarding. When you workout intensely, the world sort of drifts away and nothing really bothers you. Plus you feel powerful and confident.

  21. 4. Restrict fapping. Doing nofap for months on end might be over-the-top, but you do need to restrict yourself. Fapping everyday, especially more than once a day, drains your life force, saps you of your ambition, and fuels anxiety and inhibition. Ideally, you don't want to do it more than twice a week.

  23. 5. Stay busy. For one, staying busy will keep on track to achieve your goals in life. Do you really want to go to your grave knowing you didn't give it your all? But even more important than that, keeping busy will ward off feelings of depression and loneliness. In an unbusy state, you're pathetic, weak and desperate for affection from women; you endlessly ruminate over what a lackluster your life has been; you envy without end those who you perceive to have exciting lives; you dwell in nostalgic longing for the past; you dwell over your past mistakes. In a busy state, you're too preoccupied with goals to be bogged down by these pathetic tendencies. In a busy state, you may be stressed out, but a.) stress is preferable to depression, and b.) stress hardens you and gives you an edge over normies. So keep after your goals and try to never slack off. And even if you're slow at achieving goals, that's still better than doing nothing. And maybe you'll get faster and more efficient if you stay the course. No matter what, the goal is to stay out of the low-energy, sentimental, depressed mind state of the unbusy at all costs.

  25. There are tons of other healthy things you can do, but the five aforementioned ones are, in my opinion, the most vital. Incorporating them into your life, especially self-discipline, will lead to self-mastery. Upon attaining self-mastery, which will always be a work in progress, you will feel a sense of satisfaction with life. You will feel confident in yourself, and your priorities will be in order. You will have attained contentment internally and will not desperately seek out women or other forms of hedonism in a futile attempt to fill the void. With self-mastery, your appeal to women will increase, but the important thing here is that you won't care if it does. You will see women merely as a compliment to one's life instead of the focus.
