  1. FUNDERDOME 2: REVENGE OF THE CHAINSAW!!!
  2.
  3.
  4.
  5. "Listen on! This is the truth of it.
  6. Fighting leads to killing, and killing gets to warring.
  7. And that was damn near the death of us all.
  8. Look at us now! Busted up, and everyone talking about hard rain!
  9. But we've learned, by the dust of them all! Bartertown learned.
  10. Now, when men get to fighting, it happens here! And it finishes here!
  11. Two men enter; one man leaves."
  12.
  13.
  14.
  15. The ultimate test of courage, skill, and strategy.
  16. Two confidant combatants enter the Funderdome, stand toe to toe,
  17. and throw everything they have at each other until one can no longer stand and fight.
  18. Only the victor shall walk out triumphant.
  19. The loser, well, how they walk out is up to how much they dare to risk,
  20. and how the victor allows them to walk out, if allowed to walk at all afterwards.
  21.
  22.
  23.
  24. Event takes place the last day plus of the normal round,
  25. starting Turn 7500.
  26. Attendance for the full event is not required,
  27. you get paired for matches when you are available.
  28. Event lasts until the normal round ends or everybody is exhausted.
  29.
  30. New combatants can sign up any time until the end of the event.
  31.
  32. Participants can be paired for matches in two ways.
  33. Combatants chosen at random can issue a challenge
  34. to any other combatant available at the time.
  35. Or, combatants can accept all challenges,
  36. fighting all comers until they have had their fill or are defeated.
  37.
  38.
  39.
  40. A watch party will be held on Discord during the event with domeside announcers,
  41. combatant interviews and RPs, and friendly chat. Also betting on matches!
  42. Combatants and spectators are all welcome. Though if you are that person
  43. who gets too drunk at the watch party you may be asked to leave.
  44.
  45.
  46.
  47. Two forms of combat in this event.
  48.
  49.
  50. BRA AND PANTIES MATCHES!
  51. The default match type. Animate spells only. No item spells or pet spells.
  52. The winner is the first combatant to force an animate TF on their opponent.
  53. Extra cheers are likely from the spectators for choosing a suitable form
  54. for your defeated opponent, whether to force them to walk out of the dome
  55. in a form that marks them as defeated by you or something suitably humiliating
  56. as they are forced to endure the stares of the entire town.
  57. Or they suffer such shame at their defeat that they have to rapidly revert to human,
  58. walking around in just their bra and panties (or boxers) signaling their total defeat.
  59.
  60. Or, ...
  61.
  62. TROPHY MATCHES!
  63. Inanimate spells allowed, items or pets.
  64. Animate spells usable as well if you would choose such a strategy.
  65. Only available if both combatants agree to it before the match.
  66. The winner is the combatant who makes their opponent their trophy,
  67. carried around triumphantly to demonstrate their superior combat skill.
  68. Whether that is having their fabric face squashed between the victor's thighs,
  69. led around on a leash behind the victor,
  70. turned into a trophy sword with the defeated mage's body posed lewdly as the hilt,
  71. or whatever the twisted mind of the victor comes up with.
  72. Defeated combatants will remain the trophies owned by the victor
  73. until the defeated player can revert to human, assuming they choose to do so,
  74. except in cases of a serious personal conflict as decided by event officials.
  75.
  76. Trophy matches count as the equivalent of three victories in Bra and Panties matches.
  77.
  78. Note that officials are not responsible for items, pets, or runes lost
  79. by defeated mages in a trophy match.
  80. If you don't want to risk losing something to the quick hands of a spectator
  81. a safe place to keep those items can be provided by officials before the match.
  82. Or, don't choose a trophy match.
  83. Anything you bring into a trophy match you should be prepared to potentially lose
  84. along with your animacy.
  85.
  86.
  87. Three winners will be awarded prizes at the end of the event.
  88.
  89. The combatant with the most victory points,
  90. 1 point for winning a Bra and Panties match
  91. and 3 points for winning a Trophy match,
  92. regardless of how many times they are defeated.
  93.
  94. The person who goes undefeated in the event,
  95. the undefeated combatant with the most points if there’s a tie.
  96.
  97. The person in the watch party who wins the most
  98. betting on matches. Everybody can make bets.
  99. Yay gambling!
  100.
  101.
  102.
  103. Rules for all matches.
  104.
  105. Those receiving a match challenge, or the lower level combatant in a paired match,
  106. have choice of combat stage for their match.
  107. Matches can take place in any location around town.
  108.
  109. Leaving the tile during a match results in an immediate loss.
  110.
  111. During the match officials will toss potentially useful items into the dome
  112. for whoever has the quicker fingers to grab it.
  113. Items can be anything from a vibrator, a fire fritter, a wizard's wand, or a chainsaw.
  114. Okay, probably not a chainsaw, unfortunately.
  115. But any consumable, reusable, or useful combat item could come out at any time.
  116.
  117. No Forced March or Take a Load Off.
  118.
  119. Weaken, Am I Bugging You, and curses are allowed if both combatants are PVP Mode or are friends.
  120. A PVP player and a P Mode player must add each other as friends before any match.
  121. If both players are P Mode and choose to add each other as friends they may use these spells.
  122. If the players are both P Mode and choose not to friend each other than only animate spells may be used.
  123.
  124. Removing somebody as a friend to stop their attacks,
  125. blacklisting someone if it will stop their attacks,
  126. or switching to SP mode to stop attacks results in the match being stopped.
  127.
  128. Any animate form may be used to start the match.
  129. Any items may be used before or during the match, except TP Scrolls.
  130. Any effects from searching may be picked up before the match.
  131. Searching during a match for items or effects is allowed.
  132. Matches will have defined start times to allow effects to be stacked however combatants wish.
  133.
  134. Combatants may cleanse, meditate, and search as much as their AP allows during a match.
  135.
  136. No buffs from other players going into a match,
  137. though friends may help you to get the animate form you want.
  138. No direct outside help during a match.
  139.
  140. Random spectators interfering should be expected.
  141. Interference that crosses the line or is too one-sided, as decided by the officials,
  142. can result in a match being stopped and redone later or a result undone.
