Start everything on phone, fill out forms etc... Then get a QR code and wait in short line. When you get up you scan the code and the context is brought up on screen instructing employee what to look for and what to do next.

People who don't have phones get a card at the first desk with a QR code on it, assigned to their session, and use it the rest of the process. Every step has a QR scanner to load up the context and speed things up.

Take the picture early in the process and print the card while doing other activities such that there is no wait

Link email to user and auto renew license and license plate, or send reminder emails if they're not signed up for auto renew.

If they have an appointment without needing documentation their number is automatically in the queue at the right time. Thus no waiting, just walk in and see which window to walk up to, no start here desk.

Time spent typing in form data will be gone.

Will need to get electronic signature system.
