WW2 Rules Vic2

General Rules:

0. All GM decisions must be accepted, don't complain and just move on

1. No Exploiting

2. No nation ruining

3. No multi province retreats. Accidental or forced ones still count.

4. No retreating behind lines. Same as above.

5. During wartime, you may not move units from neutral to hostile territory. You may not attack from or retreat into neutral territory. Friendly occupied territory is considered friendly territory and therefore can be moved into.

6. Stab Hit peace offers cannot be sent.

7. You must call puppets into wars at the request of the enemy side.

8. Every declaration of war and joining of war must be accompanied by a pause and announcement in the in game chat.

9. You can't spear nations from the other alliance block

10. You cannot force-peace nations

Mod Specific Rules:

1. The Sino-Japanese war must be decced with the event/CB in which China puppets all the Chinese minors, this pops mid-1937 (July)

2. The Winter war is decced with the core CB and can be decced from December 1939 onwards, only the core the USSR decs for can be taken in the peace deal, the continuation war can be decced by Finland at any point after this

3. Germany can't dec on Poland until the event in September 1939 (or slightly before) for the partition of Poland, all the allies must join this war or separately dec on Germany at this time

4. Allied powers can't spear/influence Austria or Czechia

5. The allied nations cannot dec on Germany, and Germany cannot dec on them, and neither can join any wars against each other until the partition of Poland, which is referenced in rule 3

6. The USSR cannot join WW2 until June 1941, in which they can either join the war or Germany can dec on them with a special CB (there is a decision for this) if they refuse to join themselves

7. The US cannot join WW2 until France has fallen (i.e. Vichy France has formed)

8. The US cannot land troops in Europe or Asia until joining the respective wars (they can just hover transports in the area)

9. The US can join vs Japan in December '41

10. US rules do not apply to other American nations, and they can join the European war at any time

11. Japan is not allowed to join the European war (or all other nations joining that war) until killing China
