NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Winckley Square (Preston) Management Company Limited will be held on Tuesday 3rd October 2018 at 18:00 in Olive Tree Brasserie, Unit 5&6 Miller Arcade, Church Street, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 2QY for the following purpose:


1.	Introduction
2.	To receive apologies for absence.
3.	To adopt the minutes of the last meeting 3rd October 2017
4.	To appoint Directors to the Company. The existing Directors David and Diane Bowyer and David Burns are eligible for re-election and willing to stand. Invites for other owners wishing to take on the post of Director should submit a formal nomination to the Company Secretary c/o the Agents at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
5.	Any other business of which due notice has been given prior to the meeting.

Matters of any other business must be advised in writing to 206 Black Bull Lane, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 9XY no less than 48 hours in advance of this meeting to Hive Block Management / matt.b@hivebm.com.
