Arenas:
activeArena placeholder in featherboard does not load correctly at server start. only works after reloading featherboard

Kits:
Configuration option to open specified bossshoppro gui when typing kits command
Dont show avaliable kits when kit dosent exist or no permission
Add flags (-c, -p) to admin give command to check the users cooldown and permissions for the specified kits when attempting to issue kit, allow multiple flags at once.
Seperate lang from kits list and remove ru translation
