The past five year...

While Seto had been working to find his way through crime and other various jobs to keep himself busy he noticed a sudden increase in crime he was part of that, but now he felt terrible. He was destroying where he lived and for what? He didn't have a true purpose for his actions. He did what felt right to him, he did what he wanted because he felt strong..? At some point he needed to realize that change would come once a person takes the right step.

From crime to protector..

Seto had finally given up his path and ruthless behavior, becoming sort of protector for the week. He found himself stopping various riots, protecting those in need, and even going as far as to calm down folks. He knew he could handle them if things go rough, but he wanted to try a new way to relate to everyone.

This wasn't easy, but it was required when his words alone failed he used his strength to clean up the stress around him, putting those away they deserved it and helping those that needed it.

Finally it felt like he had a purpose that wasn't only destruction, death, and whatever else came with these riots. If he could continue doing this he wouldn't mind assisting on a large scale.

The council...

Seto heard they we're looking for new faces to fill the positions of council members, but was he really a good pick? Some might remember how quiet and aggressive he was, but during the past fives years he was changing. He already had a hand in cleaning up the stress, so why now attempt to join at a much larger scale?

Seto took upon himself to apply; hopefully hearing back good feedback from those seeking the new members. He rather spends his time using his strength in a positive way then recklessly.

While this dream may be short-lived, Seto needed to focus on the people and the pending war with the demon-kind, maybe he could help prepare people? Or perhaps he might save a life it was undetermined, but he knew that chaos would divide everyone though if they stand together they might just survive.
